CPA network with mobile offers that accept instagram traffic?

I am looking for a mobile cpa network that accepts instagram traffic? Maxbounty looks good but I am not sure if they accept instagram traffic? Also I am not 18 so I would have my mom sign up then have maxbounty call her but would they be okay if I talked to them and explained that it is my moms account and I will be using it but payments will be in her name?

They accept social traffic so I'm sure instagram is fine. If in doubt, PM the owner.
