Hi, I was wondering if there were any legit CPA networks, which don't require your address of where you live and instead only require your PayPal account.

unfortunately your not going to find what your looking for. sorry. i would recommend building a legit business.

CPA is relatively straight forward. They don't want people hiding and sending millions of useless leads. So an address is normally required. You can always buy someones CPA account. However, I am not sure if you can post a thread about that here.

Well, it is not always necessary that you need to put up real address.
Put up a fake address, you can find some genuine fake details generator's if you search google a bit.
