Are there any sites that do this? Using Commission Junction at the mo & getting huge impressions but few clicks in first few days.

Also looking for an ad network that offer cpm for forum signatures.

Any help greatly appreciated. New to CPA & got a lot on at the moment financially (health related) so could badly do with the extra cash.

CPA= cost per action so you wan't find any CPA network that pays for impressions.
