The bigger problem I see here thst you are hosting/providing copyrighted material. If you e.g. promote an upcoming movie, as soon as your site becomes popular it won't last long until the movie company will file a DMCA complaint with your hosting company. Also I do not think that any (legal) CPA network really allows this sort of content, as in this case the movie companies will also come for them ....

I've run few successful movie sites, but once again DMCA issues gave soooo much headache... Hopefully you won't face it. Also good point that you've chose Epom - really great network for movie niche!

Anyway, I suggest you use offshore hosting, if you're not already.

Sure thing. Networks that are promising weekly payments without any serious requirements are likely scam.
I know many websites which have movies niche. But if you want to see a movie, you must know a password - do a survey to get password. Unlock movie and you can watch. Not hottest new, some older movies... But is this legal? And what about network? If you hosted only "password", all is ok no?

Weekly payment is a huge plus to any network. And due to this, many fresh and unclean CPA networks accept any type of sites, any publisher, promise super high rates and fast payments and all this end up in scamming. Cleanfiles is legit, no doubts.
