Been reading the forums for a while now, but haven't posted before. I'm fairly new to CPA networks and have a few questions.
Do you generally need to have a site when signing up for CPA networks? Or can you just say your primary type of promotion is e-mail marketing/offline/etc?
Regarding e-mail marketing, if a user clicks on your aff link in the e-mail, he is taken to the offer page on the aff site. How is the CPA network able to track this traffic? I'm pretty familiar with analytics and tracking all different types of webpages, but not with tracking traffic from e-mails. Any info on this would be a great help.
