Hi everyone,

I have a question. Let's say I have a CPA network account, a website where I put offers, 100,000 real customers info (address, zipcode, email).

If I hire some people, and use good socks/proxies to sign up about 100 offers/day using the info I have, then

+ Is that legal?
+ Am I against the T&C of the CPA network ?
+ What will the network do if they find out? and how would they find out?

Thanks for your answers!

thanks for your reply, howard.

Uhm, but how would they find out ? do they check with the info that is used to submit? (for freebies kind of offers), like talk to the person ?

i dont know if you would get caught if you blanked them, but i wouldnt risk getting banned for that man, why can you just get the actual people that own that info to do it?

They would see your conversionrate and if all your info was blanked they would become suspicious.

Thanks for your reply.

I am thinking of using real info of people ( I have a big list), and hire people to fill in offers. That could earn me $200/day.
Getting actual to fill in offers is tougher.

what's the most they would do? only ban my account? or would they go and sue me?

You will never get away with something like this. Just don't bother.

very likely only to ban you, and not giving you a dime. If you hire ppl to do the forms filling, and you pay them, you are in red in this project.
And how many good proxies you would use? 100.000? C`mon man....

This is a "how-to-lose-money-on-the-internet" method.

Anywyas.... to fill out offers with a database you dont even need to hire ppl....

Use search buttom, and keep learning before coming up with silly ideas.

If you have a 100K database you can make money, but not like this....

Just dont do it. Everyone on this forum already thought of this.

This is in no way a long term business. You should focus on working on something that will work a long term period.
