CPA network just for mobile app installs CPI

Hey,
what networks do you guys recommend just for mobile app install with content locker ( as an affiliate) ? ( without paid trials )

I tried Ogads, CpaGrip, Cpabuild.
whenever I tested, they had only a few app trials + upcoming payment in a few days, or a install x game and reach lvl 30 lol
or PIN/SMS submits

On the networks from above I can't disable such actions. You can't disable offers individually lol.
Even if I select CPI prioritized, I'll still get others.

I want this to be as whitehat as possible, so just simple app installs + requirement.
