CPA Network issues

I am running dating traffic. My first payment with "123 network" was fine. Did the exact same thing for the next payment cycle and received no payment. So I email trying to find out what is going on. I am told that my message is being passed along to the owner. No response. I email the owner directly myself. I am told by the owner that numerous emails were sent to me but I never responded so my payment was held.

(How in the world does that fly, b/c within 3 minutes of you responding to my email, I respond to yours ON THE SAME DAMN EMAIL that you claim you sent numerous emails too!)

I am told that there is a problem with my traffic and that the owner is concerned about my quality & a host of other things (all the while, I am still allowed to push traffic and continue getting leads). I ask if the advertiser has complained, response: NO. I mention my tracking issues with this networks links as the owner was concerned about my conversion rate. When I give exact numbers for my traffic versus their stats, I get no response. The difference is about 30% between what the network shows and what I can prove has been sent.

How does the owner of the network get to withhold my payment if they have been paid by the advertiser AND the advertiser is not complaining? I am running these same offers on other networks with no problems at all. I am running legit traffic and leads to the tune of $400-$600 a day.

Any help/comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Email can get lost. Tracking discrepancies (clicks count) are normal within a reasonable range. If you're not doing something you shouldn't keep trying to get in touch with people at the network, call them, etc. and get this handled. If you are doing something you shouldn't be... well all bets are off

Everything I am doing is legit. What is a normal discrepancy rate? I would think 30% is too high to be ignored.

Sounds like a shitty situation for you. Call them and im pretty sure you can get everything straightened out right away.

Waiting on the advertiser

Find a new network. Write off the lost money as unless you want to take them to court you won't get it. It seems alot of cpa companies make alot of money doing this. Not fucking over all their affiliates but as many as they can while staying under the radar so they keep getting new signups and don't end up with too bad of a rep.

Never Put Your Eggs in 1 basket. Well, my suggestion is to keep following up with them, if everything you were doing , had their legitimity

10-20% is normal.

There are many fly by networks.... so better be careful next time when you sign up for any network, you have test out few networks and there offers, before you finally decide which networks are best for you..

Dude,this sucks.Take your revange.Spam the web with thousands of articles on how they scammed you,make sure you don't exagerate too much and they'll regret it.

But it would be smarter to warn them first,with a phone call not email ffs.
