CPA Network for Pharma related advertisers

Hello,
I'm searching for a CPA-Network which accepts a pharma-related website as an advertiser.
The page is not an online pharmacy but links to them when somebody is searching for a vendor to buy a specific drug.
In the networks even such projects are prohibited, so I need a (or more) network(s) which would accept such a project.

The CPA-Network should offer targeted traffic from the following sources:
- Parked Domains
- Textlinks
- Banners
- Searches
- etc.
all should be health related.

Most of the networks these days require a pre-pay are you willing to do that?

sure. I prefer prepay as well, as long the traffic is real and targeted.

how much pay per lead?

Not leads, I only deal with CostPerClick or CostPerRedirect.
