CPA network for email submit offers?

In 2024, what is the best CPA network for email submit offers that is easy to get accepted by?

I want offers that are non incentive as they have better payouts than incentive offers.

I had a look at CPA Lead, but they don't have many email submit offers for US traffic and the offers are low paying.

Mylead seem to have a good range of offers, but some of the reviews on Trustpilot are negative. Has anyone here worked with Mylead?

sometimes strange approve of offers, but in general normal
 
I heard a lot about maxbounty but it is easier to get into networks like cpagrip, they also have some email submit offers.
 
I also had an account with Mylead and tried to make money with it for a while but it didn't work. Lately I've seen few publishers making money on this network. Instead, in the CPA field, you should join more potential networks. it will be easier to make money: Dynu In Media, Maxbounty, ClickDealer. They have so many well converting email submit offers.

I have a newsletter in crypto/finance news niche that I'm looking to get tons and tons of sign ups for.
Looking for someone who can drive traffic interested in the crypto/finance niche to our sign up page.

thanks yes - just trying to see whats the going rate there (or on any of the other networks mentioned above) currently?

what are advertisers paying for a email sign up?
