CPA network auto-accept for tv series site

I have a TV series site streaming old episodes of now defunct TV shows.

Does anybody know of a CPA/CPM/CPC network that auto-accepts offers or who is a little lenient on the whole 'copyright' issue '

Site is currently hosted in EU on a DMCA-ignore server so no problems there.

Ok, so have been trying out CPA Lead - after 10 days and 140 Clicks - 1 Conversion - $1.20

That doesn't seem too good to me - any suggestions? I know from my Google analytics that visitors have dropped from 200-300 per day to just under 50 after adding the content locker.

Any advice appreciated!

What I don't understand: Why would someone fill up a survey to watch a tv show if they can simply find them online everywhere on warez sites?
