CPA methods

Hi guys

I am reading a bit more about cpa marketing and it seems to me (from readin the posts) that pretty much everyone has a method or trick to get sign ups etc. Like ppc or insentives or youtube traffic/landing pages or doing some kinda craiglist thing etc

Anyways my question is, is it possible to get alot of cpa sign ups (registration, emails, zip) via a banner/box on your high traffic entertainment style website? By high traffic i mean atleast 10,000+ a day.

Sounds silly question i know but would like to get other peoples thoughts before wasting my time experamenting.

Are you talking about video streaming sites? What's your idea of "entertainment style website"?

Something similar to Break.com or yes even stream video sites. Or daily updated blog with adult humour stories and pics

I agree, I have a Gossip site that gets a decent amount of traffic and never got a CPA ad to convert. It's almost sick! I talk to my AM and he suggested trying to go with a survey vertical. I tried email submits, zip submits, that damn NoNo hairless thingee, that fuckin' gyrobowl, you name it.

Adsense & Adbrite are the only things converting, but I'm still trying shit everday. I even had Market Health diet crap...nothing.

I let a banner get 100 clicks, 25,000 UV's whatever comes first. I can show you stats and it's ugly! I think maybe 3 free Ipad email submt - that's it!!

You have to twist it up for sure. When you find something PM me, and I will do the same. It's not like we are competing so I would be willing to share. I will let you know how the survey vertical works out.
