Why don't you help yourself and do some research within BHW? It has lots of info for the learners. No one is going to spoon feed you my friend.
Get out of your comfort zone and start doing research.

It is possible that the given method doesn't work, but you are here to get an idea of how things work. Because, no one is gonna share their cash cow with you (Understand this fact).
Get an idea about how things "CAN" work and then add your own twist (which most probably won't work in the first run, but keep twisting it).
Finally, you'll find your own method, and I'm sure you won't share that with others as well
, until and unless you have killed it to death. ;-) (This is how these so-called Gurus do!)P.S If you are lucky, there is a chance that a method mentioned on BHW could work for you! (Which I'm sure you'll be one day) Good luck!

You need to run some tests to find out which method works and which doesn't. At first I ran Nutra traffic, but I didn't get good results.
