[CPA METHOD HELP] How Do I Get Non-US Hits or Visits for my e Book

Hi all, I am into CPA and currently trying new methods to boost my profits. I plan on running a website for my offers in the Online trading niche, but that will be at a later date. Right now, I just made a 10-page e book and plan on uploading it to download sites that will get people to download it for free and then direct them to my CPA links. However, I am planning to target outside US for the campaign- France, Norway, Germany will be better. If you can help me with places I can drop off the e book that will ensure massive or reasonable downloads from prospects from these countries, I will be so happy to hear from you ASAP. Thanks a bunch!
