I would say that you should go with advertising on social media as it will bring a decent amount of traffic, you could also try with some YouTube ads, commenting on blogs that have a high volume of traffic and are related to your niche, by posting on forums like this one, and so on. These methods are pretty much proven so you won't risk using them.

You need at least 1k followers to have the link and they took out the discover page, so you have to be in a niche so people can find you or you can tag #fyp. Im currenty using tiktok :)
 
Youtube its a good one and it converts very well just you need to do the hard work
 
Some good free good tools - YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, Snapchat, Quora and even Pinterest.
Start collecting e-mails of potential clients. E-mail marketing still has a big impact in promotions.
And Medium for sure. You can post some useful stuff and leave links on your sources in the article. Use trendy titles.
 
SEO! I'm running 20+ blogs with CPA offers from different fields (health, finance...). I've been using the same method for years.

I would suggest you avoid YT and other parasites. It's a waste of your time & energy. Your videos and articles will be removed in no time.

As videos can be remove, blogs can be deindexed too. So pretty much same problem both way :P
 
if you are just starting, dm's on socials are a good start start but just for the short term, seo is a pretty good one as well as long as you are willing to invest a lot of time into it

Hello, how can I promote a cpa offer/link in with FB ads without getting banned, is cloaking method still working?
 
reddit is very good free traffic source, I om reddit market since 2015 and doing good

Instead of reddit, I would rather go to FB, Instagram and Twitter
