well i think instagram track your traces and it finds that you are
Did you try deleting your pc traces by deleting cookies ,browser incognito ,using a proxi etc
Or maybe create an account on other device ? Also dont depend on 1 single method as with online methods you are not sure and your efforts can be ruined in just 1 day
Try to discover other method to work with cpa than instagram and combine both ,if one dies you have the other one

Well i think instagram hates new accounts that add a cpa link as they know its made for marketing purpose .I think you should not add a link for a period and act normal like sharing ,likung commenting on other people etc
Or try something else bro like titktok ,pinterest ,twitter etc .You dont need to depend only on instagram
