Cpa link question

Hey, I'm new to cpa and i need a little help on the setup.
So I'm using Valar's high quality pre landers and OGads url. I shortened OGurl with bitly and copy pasted it to the pre lander, then i shortened the pre lander link too and copy pasted it to the bio.
I got banned instantly on 2 accounts. What did I do wrong?

your IP is blacklisted .. & just use domain of z.B freenom + url shooter & cloundflare .. then it is believable ^^
