CPA LEAD saying no clicks. link tracker shows clicks

I Started a new method with CPA LEad that I am trying it. According to my link tracker I have gotten around 70 clicks in the last week. I just started so I understand this might not be alot but they are clicks none the less. Now these clicks are coming from niche related videos to a product that they are interested in getting or there isn't a need to click the link.

However CPA is showing no clicks, no leads, no sales, no nothing. I am using bitly as my link tracker and I have checked the bitly links to make sure they are working. Any suggestions or thoughts on what could be causing this?

Over the past year or so i have seen many say CPA lead is going down hll, but i have also seen many say its a good network.

I never used it so i can't give my own theory. Have you tried contacting them and telling them what you told us here.

I just emailed them but have not heard back yet. I just wanted to get a feel if people had any thoughts here. I signed up for cpagrip just in case cpalead falls through.

i'm not sure what's the case with youtube, but with twitter for instance you'll see different results if you look at the stats at bit.ly or the stats at your CPA network, the reason behind this that bit.ly counts those clicks too which come from twitter crawlers/bots, you wouldn't think, but about 1/3rd of those clicks recorded on bit.ly come from crawlers and bots, hence they aren't useful and would only ruin your CPC

now that's pretty odd that not a single click show up in your stats out of 70, but it can be an error in the configuration on your part, something goes wrong with the redirection or when blanking/faking the referer, if you do that

i'd say it must be a configuration error, because when you said that you checked the bit.ly urls and they're working, those clicks of yours should show up in your stats, if they don't, i'm almost sure that it's a user error and not the network who is to blame, no network would shave blatantly like that

I havent heard back from cpalead yet but am very open to the idea it could be me. All I did however was copy the link that cpalead gave me and shorten using bit.ly . Nothing more. So I am not sure how that can be configured wrong.

to track clicks is very very easy to setup. Why not create a subdomain under the website you have created. Then create a redirect page to your cpalead link. Do use of a php script that will "capture" custom actions like getting the ip or timestamp of the "whoever visitor" you have of that redirected page. This page must have google analytics tracking with custom variables. There are many guides in the internet just try to search it. I setup mine but I used it to track author page count, post title count visits, etc.
