This was posted on the home page August 4th.This is terrible news indeed. I don't know what I would do if my account was banned. I do not promote facebook or movies. Everyone who was banned should provide their account banning reason & give niche if possible so we can find out more about what is going on here.. That letter says banned users can apply for new accounts.. as long as they follow the new advertiser rules.. wierd because many don't understand why they were banned in the first place.
At @@@@ , we know what you want, we hear it every day. You want higher performing offers, and you want them NOW! In order to provide you these higher performing offers, we have to take additional steps to ensure we're an advertiser-friendly network for ALL advertisers.
Currently, our compliance team is in the process of reviewing over 100,000 accounts on @@@@ to ensure all accounts are following our Terms of Service. If you have not been able to get a hold of your affiliate manager recently, this is what they have been busy doing. We expect this process to last until the middle of next week. Early payments will be disabled until then.
In order to work more directly to the source Advertisers, we have to ensure every single account on our network is clean of Fake Content, Spam and Adult Content.
If you know someone who has been banned recently, it is most likely due to breaking one of these three rules. The other reason they may have banned, could be due to having an inactive account for 30 days (no earnings or logins).
The publishers left over with clean content that follow our Terms of Service, will receive higher paying offers than ever imagined.
We understand that almost everyone deserves a second chance, so if your account was banned and you know what you did was wrong, please feel free to reapply. As long as you promote by these rules, you too will be able to reap the benefits of our new advertisers.

Obviously you guys are breaking their terms so they have a right to ban you. Don't act like they want to ban you to keep the money they earned. They'd be better off making $2k a month off your leads (they take a chunk of advertiser's $) for 12 months than stealing your one time $7k payment.

They are better off banning everyones accounts keeping 100% of their income running off then starting up a new gateway company under a different name making money off the same individuals or in this case on the same site. They banned me today not sure what I did wrong.

They changed it, now to get any good offers u have to request them and wait a couple business days while they review ur account before running the good offers. Just started today. By good offers I mean the ones u had access to up until now, no new ones yet.

Yeah, if they really thought you guys were scammers, why would they invite you back instantly? If I'd thought you'd scammed me, your ass would be gone instantly and forever, no second chances. They're looking for a handout. =/
Have your attorney send them a letter, or send them a letter and "CC" your attorney telling them that you're very disappointed and that you are looking at seeking legal relief.

You actually sound upset, when it was you who scammed them, wasn't it (posting your link EVERYWHERE and acting like an arrogant teenager who has done HARD WORK for his $9k because you can use someone elses scripts to post it everywhere)?
I don't get it. You scam other people then come here and complain that you're being scammed because some company won't pay you for scamming other people? How about getting a JOB?

I dont' know about that...I have quite a few personal friends who had been running volume with WH leads to them and breaking no TOS. They're def. screwing even their legit pubs.
They got themselves into a financial bind and are banning and keeping the funds to squirm their way out of it.

I think you will find all the cpa companies will start to tighten up. I know neverblue are under alot of pressure over crap traffic they have been sending their advertisers. When someone spends half a million dollars in 2 months and finds all the leads were garbage, the model becomes unsustainable.

I got my account banned by ************** too. I received 2 mails almost at the same time. First mail asking me to explain on how to promote CPA and the 2nd mail then arrived and said my account was banned.
There is no time for me to explain though. I just make a few bucks in it by using my mailing without any illegal stuffs. They are just sucks.

If you want to *harm* their reputation, register to DP and post your screenshots there, asking for explanations.
They have a gigantic thread about themselves there, and they tend to give explanations.
They deserve to be exposed, if they did something wrong to you. And there at DP is where they seem to care the most about their reputation so...
