CPA lead was an outright scam from it's very beginning.They lured affiliates by approving all the underhanded methods (cash incentivizing ,Facebook trickings and everything) first and now they are running away with all the money.
Their lowness can be judged by the fact that they used a shit forum like DP to get affiliates(They actually have a thread running there).
They got over 90% of their offers from other networks.I don't think any serious merchant would have ever paid a thought to has his offers on that network.
A few months back their highest earning publishers were making $5000,$10,000 and $20,000 per day by scamming people on Facebook and elsewhere,now if you look at their chatboard,an affiliate making $150 for the day is called "what a **********"(highest earner).
There are not many affiliate willing to join and promote this network now.Complete death of this scammer network is not far away.Lets hope that FB sue them and they pay a big penalty like the DP admins.

I don't know, there were numerous people on DP claiming their doing it legitly, but in the end, Troy owned them pretty hard by public outing their site and the sites indeed breaks TOS

Now, let's get something straight.
I have broken NO TOS. I have done absolutely no FB or whatever.......
No movie sites, none of that BS.....
So, it is interesting all of the different "spins"(the reasons) on the accounts being closed.
I have to tell you, this does not look good.
I can understand someone getting owned because they broke some copyright laws, that is understandable.
No wonder you can NOT say their name here.........
Are any of these smaller companies run by an true professionals? I mean really. First, there was the video that showed douches from whatever that company was, acting like adolescents, now you have these guys from C----P___LED with this stuff....
I am sticking with the most reputable, from now on........this is complete Bullshit....
We need a sticky here with the most to least reputable......

I haven't done anything against the TOS as far as I know and am in regular contact with my AM over there so I would like to think if I was crossing a line somewhere he would let me know.
That being said, I have the next payment earmarked to go to the INS so I can get my greencard so I hope I don't put a blip on their radar.
Also I believe you can reapply if you get booted and if you didn't do anything extremely illegal or against the TOS in a major way you can sign some "I'm gonna be a good boy" form and fax it to them to get back in.

I am having a Site which brings me 10-15$ a day through CPA lead,after hearing this,I am thinking of swtiching the traffic for a different content locker company like for eg:leadbolt,instantDollarz etc.Can somebody tell me should I do that?I already have a Net30 payment pending for last month,you guys're making me nervous.Apparently everyone promotes some or the other Copyrighted Content right.
Is there an option of disabling surveys for all 3rd world countries and allowing it only for 4 or 5 countries with Black hat codebreaker so that I can monetize the visits from those countries from adsense ads.In CPA lead such option was there,so I was able to make money from both adsense and from cpa lead,ie I get clicks from countries where I disable the surveys.

Maybe they are up to something, I don't know. However, I would agree with other statements that the vast majority of leads with ************** are being generated based on copyrighted material. Mostly tv and movies. I'm not saying that's why anyone here had their account banned, just stating it's what most ************** users are doing.
That would be fairly easy to set up.. use maxminds geoip.
have 2 includes.. bhcb.php and adsense.php
in your page header have something like
geoip_country=us,uk,ca,whatever
include bhcb.php
else
include adsense.php
in adsense.php have your ad codes like:
$leaderboard="echo 'adsense leaderboard code'";
$skyscraper yadda yadda
$box blah blah
and in your page template you can have <?php echo"$leaderboard";?>
and so on.
in your bchb.php file you have the normal code you'd include in the header for it plus add $leaderboard="echo ' ' "; (it wont echo anything in the template then, or you could use other cpa banner codes in it's place)
The above is not actual code (duh) but should put you on the right path.

Well it seems like a lot of people are getting there account " Terminated " in my case my account is only frozen and i have to provide proof of my method which happened to me before and i got paid after.. so i think i still have a chance if getting paid in some way
