CPA - lead/conversion question

I have a site for auto insurance quotes.

The simplest CPA lead generations are all zip codes, e-mail or dropdown selection.

I advertise with a banner, if the visitor clicks on it he goes to the actual site where the lead generation will happen.

QUESTION: are you aware of any technique or CPA network, where the lead already convert on my site?

i guess you talk about iframing. Look around, you will found many threads about it, but you can get your accaunt banned.

you can do cpa with facebook, youtube and forum marketing

if the lead converts on your site then you would need to write them an insurance policy

seriously though, it sounds like you want to collect the leads instead of just passing the lead traffic to cpa vendor. if this is the case then you could provide the quote info and display a form if they wish to be contacted for more information. you can then collect the lead contact and quote info in a database to sell to insurance agents

if you search online for "sell insurance leads" you will find quite a few lead brokerages that will pay you for the leads and they in turn sell them to insurance agents for a profit
