I've been using leadbolt, but don't like the setup much because it's not real detailed, but seems comparable to craplead. I like the locker too.

I haven't played with MB yet cause I don't have an incentive account there yet. I've played some with Adscend but aren't their TOS similar to that of craplead?
EDITED TO ADD: I placed the locker on my site that was making 35-50c/day/avg on craplead. It's been getting $1/day at the moment; still too early to see if this will be the average or not, but I already like the small spike. =P
