Can't you just use a service like Clickfunnels?
If not, you could always just rip your competitors then have someone on Fiver clean them up
. I don't really like to condone that, but it'd give you a "shell" to work off of.

Clickfunnels is more for selling clickbank products in my opinion. and i cant really rip competition sites because the rip only produces html (like the clickfunnels pages) but with it being CPA that i am targeting i need the site to be interactive like your typical "coin generator" javascript page

Most of the times you can also rip the javascript functionality, if you want you can send me an example and I will give it a try.
