If you know html css you can design your own landing pages. Even easier if you can install wordpress on your host. Then just choose a template. And content of your page solely depends on the product or offer you are promoting.

Use wordpress, it's really simple. A landing page should have things like testimonials (real or fake), different information about whatever you're trying to sell, different packages (if applicable).
