Hey

How do you guys create your landing pages? I'm don't have photoshop etc. so i normally outsource it, but with all the split testing and little changes, it get expensive.

What do you do?

I have hired a part time designer , I pay him $150 per month and I get everything done

Even can charge other people for his work

Its much wiser then pay someone , per completed work..

Well I pay for designing work, there are good designers on BHW, but I prefer my own cheap designers.

I hire designers as well, around $100 per design, but a major part of CPA is split testing to get the best design, how do you deal with that? Arrange a deal with the designer for a set amount of revisions?

You can get Cheap designs jobs done in Fiverr

I ask the designer for 5-6 versions for the LP all with different layouts. After I find the best layout, changing the color scheme and copy is not that hard.

You can find some nice scripts on BHW. I read a thread about a LP in combination with sharecash, they were very nice for software niche.
In the DL section are a lot of sample LP pages which afford only a few changes.
