I want to start my CPA Journey, therefore I want to create a landing page.
That is no problem, but I don't know what rules i need to follow, or how I can bypass them.
Because Germany has a law that requires a Legal Notice on my homepage, I am looking for a method to bypass it, because I am not really interested in putting my Name, Adress, Phone Number etc on this landing page (I guess you get my point).
So maybe anyone here has experience with this problem?

Thank you. I am kind of worried because there are specialized lawyers that sue you for not using an "Impressum", but I hope that I don't have to deal with it using a .com domain :)

What if he uses all fake info, and buys the domain using crypto?
 
Better get full offshore hosting and domain but expect $200/mo or so in costs to have a clean setup

But could it be possible that my CPA Network "leaks" my real Name of my bank account to someone investigating my page ?

If they get a legal letter/warrant, then the network has to give that information, I think. For doing just CPA, I think that's very unlikely to happen as it's not illegal. But if you are still worried about it, then the best choice would be to use a non-country specific domain.
 
Law enforcement will not even bother with something at this level unless you scale it much bigger and start earning more than 5 figures.
