Is CPA like maxbounty worthless. It look like nobody those kind of offers. The payouts are nice though

I don't know the specific offers you're looking at but a lot of the time the offers have geos where they perform. You have to market to those target audience before you conclude nobody likes such offers. You'd be surprised.

Exactly. Financial cpa are crazy high but have crazy restrictions like must not be from following 5 usa states must have income above 50k blah blah blah.

Been working with CPA for a long time, they are not useless. But can often be shaved by networks. There are actually a very small number of networks who don't shave, and if you find them, stick with them.
