offcourse having a website is an advantage but there is also added advantage when it is getting descent traffic but not necessary.

Speaking from experience,: Get in, make your money, and get out. Do not waste too much time and money on CPA, it's a hungry beast. make some money and use it to move to greener pastures.

There's money in absolutely anything!

Look at payment proofs posted on Affpaying, look at CF's daily leaderboards, etc.

The majority of the very high CPA earners use Facebook for traffic. Look at the amount of traffic some peoples Facebook pages get!
