You didn't read, it's spammed in every cpa related thread. For me, if the age is between 6 months and 1 year, I start putting the link right away and following 100 people per day with a +30 increment a day

i read but i found contradictory and confusing info surrounding every IG botting issue

You won't find a formula that works 100% for everyone. There are just so many variables/factors that are to be taken into account.
Simple trial and error will give you the best results in the long run. Even if someone gives you his setup, a month from now, Instagram will update their algorithm and it won't be working. Then you'll come back and ask why it isn't working anymore.
So, instead of putting yourself and us through this, start testing and scale what works.

simply start with low settigs like in 23hr 33 follow settings and after 3 days increase to around 80 after 2 days 130 like that.
