It depends how you intend to drive traffic to it, It will be either profitable or not depending if you make conversions or not

2) Getting such traffic for free is gold, however I think there are other way to monetize it which will be 10x more profitable than your idea.
Also consider that if you get that much traffic you will need to DM thousands of people, Instagram won't like that
You can switch the offers, and it's good to wait till your grow more like 30-50k followers to start promoting.
That's a huge difference but could be normal.
I would check with your AM if there are any technical issues with the network or this exact offer.

These are different ad formats, you can google "push notification ads" and "native ads" to see some pictures.
Push is doing great in 2021 It's cheap & scalabe, I am doing push as well.
I can't say push is better or native is better because they are both good. At this point I prefer push ads, someone else may rather native ads.
