friendly noob here, got some questions

in order to get approved of cpa,

do i need:
a professional web hosting
tax id

and it seems u have to have constent traffic to the network to actually get paid?

do u need tax id for all affiliated network?
no tax id = no pay?

So is there a difference between a Tax ID and your SSN? How do I acquire a Tax ID?

Yes I'm in the US...so I'm guessing a SSN will work just fine? Thanks for the response, therichkid.
