I see a high conversion in dating offers in Peerfly. But I have no idea how to promote them. Please tell me some methods along with how to get free traffic. Please help me.

You need to put yourself in the mind of somebody who is looking to date, and think about the online places they might hang out, keywords they might search for etc. The dating niche is a VERY competitive niche to get into, especially if your a newbie which it sounds like you are.

My honest advice would be not to shoot for these huge niches to begin with and maybe focus on a niche within the dating niche first or something different all together with lower competition.

I agree, dating is a super competitive niche, and traffic never comes "free" , you will need to work hard for it.
Various ways to get some traffic from: Dating Directories, Article marketing, CPC, CPA or CPM advertising and Banner advertising.

Dating is usually for paid traffic, I suggest get some free traffic methods and then invest in something bigger.

Invest smart latter, research all fields!

you must have to use the paid adult traffic , quality traffic from cam site , also you can try POF.

Asking ideas and method to others is not worth as for as i know
Everyone is expert in their field. Different people will suggest different ideas.
I would suggest you to go thorough the forum ones again , start learning different methods and finally choose one and go deep into it.

The other downside of this offers is that if they are not converted into sales then your conversation rate would be dropping & no payment in even worse scenario.

try every free chat rooms and spam there for some people getting into your site , hope this will help as i am not expert into this field , i woulnt suggest more !

Dating is really a high paying niche, but you must admit that you need to get sales more then leads itself, in other ways it's pretty much useless for advertiser.
