A strategy my friend told me which has been working for him recently and his ctr has increased almost by 3x !

Promote offers using Halloween Theme.

such as : Halloween Special , Get to try a new iPhone 5.

I've noticed seasonal themes do better because they are more relevant to what the consumer is being subjected to in the outside world.

very nice idea OP! i like it .. guys look for offers which allows iframing (or not, who cares at the end of the day if your leads convert for the advertiser ) and make your own design..or even use some halloween background theme from some image pages

Steps to getting an easy template:

1) Google: Stock photos - I'm Feeling Lucky
2) Search: Halloween
3) Get:

This is a vector image.. It will scale infinitely without pixelation. Add to your site as the back ground. Overlay offer image. Market. Profit.

Yeah, you dont even need designs. Simple css, background. Orange fonts! Halloween theme!
