cpa gaurenteed sign ups?

There are services that advertise "Guaranteed Signups", and I've tried them. I can't say they were at all worthwhile for me. I did not get signups even though I paid for them, when I repeatedly emailed the service provider, he always said that his records indicated that the signups had occurred ... and that he would send some more.
No joy, though. No surprise either.
Edit: these guaranteed signups deals seem to be geared toward biz op offers, so I would have thought that some of the cpa offers would work really well, since they tend to be better deals for the signups than all that MLM junk. Guess I was either wrong about that, or used the wrong services.

Or you could just fill them out yourself without getting caught

this may actually be the fault of the affiliate network since many of them are so crooked they have to be screwed into the ground when they die

pay per signup places like theone you're looking at SEEM good but product little to no actual results. Run away!
guaranteed sign ups are real and I do them all the time but they only are guaranteed if your program is free....These are real and work but have to have a free membership site. EASILY SAID THE SITE YOUR PAYING FOR PPL TO JOIN HAS TO BE FREE OR THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND SIGN UPS PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS

Based on my experience guaranteed signups does work. u just gotta pick the right stuff for those signups.
Apply to netpartner.com . They're quite a new CPA network, most of their offers right now are on ringtones.
The good thing about them is that they don't do some screening like most CPA networks do, the minute you finish completing the sign up form you can start promoting cpa offers right away.

Do think there is a market for a "members only" web site, like a password protected wordpress blog that members join and post their offers and all members do eachothers offers?
