Yes its fraud. Some ppl will argue that if the offer is incentivized it should be okay but ask your aff manager and I'm pretty sure you'll be banned for it.

it's only fraud if you get caught.
that being said. passwording torrents doesn't really work anymore. the torrent sites shut down those files pretty quick unless you really know what your doing.

I don't think it's a good idea to ask this to your AM.
You're going to get banned straight away.

No, it's not fraud. It's incentivizing an offer (which some actually allow). You can get caught of you don't cover your tracks and push a lot of volume.
But again, no. It's not fraud. Fraud would be doing all the offers yourself with fake info.

It is not fraud, but you ll get banned. Fraud would be to fill in the offers with fake info, fake name, fake emails, etc.... This are called blackhat leads or incentive leads.

i actually got snagged doing that once, because someone complained and ratted me out, lol
my AM even emailed me a copy of the zipped file LOL
he said the advertiser complained and said not to send traffic to that offer anymore.
that was it, no banning or anything else. maybe i lucked out, or just have a cool AM who appreciates the value of a dollar and doesnt care where it comes from

Good news is there are no less than 200 other networks. If you are wondering if it will work, try it on a throwaway network. If you see $$ and don't get canned, then there you go.
The reason i thought it was fraud is because the users have no interest in the offers. They'll just do exactly what is needed for the password and nothing further.
I'm doing this method and not making a lot yet, but for now I am doing it with simple email or zip submits.
I take it if you do it with stuff like $10+ insurance offers then you'll have a high chance of being banned?

Look at it this way, if none of your offers convert for they merchant, then they will pull you off the offer. If you are being dumb and not hiding the referrer and such, then you could face a ban.
It doesn't matter on the value of the offer, but more of the merchant's tolerance on lead conversions.
Just have a plan before you attack.

There are a few ways around detection, as long as you're smart about it, they're likely to never find out.
One method is:
-Use a cloaked/redirect url to point to a script (or scripts) on your domain which scrubs the referer and then sends the traffic to the CPA offer. After a day or two, send that traffic somewhere else, even a blank page. Then upload some new torrents with different offers at a different company, and repeat the process. Greed is what gets you caught
I've been doing this en mass, uploading possibly 1000+ torrents every couple of days using a script I wrote. It does extremely well...

I think for what you are asking this term is harsh. To me fraud is autofilling the forms with rotating ips etc. This is clear fraud. What you are doing is maybe "breaking" the TOS the program owner put there, such as "non incentivized"...

Dude, I was making like 3k per month with only 50 torrents...It boggles my mind what you must be pulling in.
