CPA for proxy sites

Hi im not know much about a cpa, but some days ago the ******* .com has approved me, and now i try to figure out what how to start, i have a proxy site which have daily a 2000-3000 unique visitor. I put my site a content locker, and an exit site script also, but there are 0 earing and 0 conversion and only 5 click from 5 days. So im a bit confused how the fk from 10.000 visitor 5 click only ?

Pls give some advice how to implement the cpa to my site to have some earinings.

Because there are a lot of Free Proxy site out there. Why would one want to do the hassle just to get something he can get free in other place. If you want to content lock something, make the content is worth the hassle to unlock it.
