CPA for NOOBS

Hi there, im looking to have a go at CPA but i dont fully understand it :S, I was wondering if someone can give a good ground up explanation of it and what is needed (ie websites and all that stuff) or a link to another thread that im too blind to see

Any help would be greatly appreciated

the search function is your friend, but just try going through all the results when you search cpa. So thanks blackmagiq for simplifying things. I really just need my first cpa network besides cpa lead at this point.

Even if this might seem like a half-joke, its not.

You will need to have a decent amount of money to do PPC and even more for media buys, but eventually with alot of testing you CAN make big money.
