I have a question regarding CPA Offers and promoting them with Facebook. Recently I've attempted to run MULTIPLE campaigns on facebook and promote my website monetized with a CPA offer. Every time Facebook had reviewed my Ad it was removed and eventually I was banned. Yet I was on my personal facebook today and see an Ad linked directly to this website here:

Does anyone have any idea how this is possible? Did I do something wrong or was I missing something? Please help! Thanks!
