CPA Facebook Scripts?

I was browsing for some giveaway style apps for facebook, and came across this site:

The script doesn't look all that great appearance wise, but I figured I could theme it up myself. My main question is are these allowed to run on facebook? Also, does anyone know of any other facebook app scripts like this? I would prefer to browse some solid options before purchasing anything. Any help would be appreciated!

There are a lot of nulled and leaked scripts available. Though purchasing one is usually more effective.
