I want to start CPA with facebook ads. So, I have some queries related to this.

Is facebook ads a good choice for CPA ?

As a beginner, what types of offers should I promote?

Is maxbounty a good choice for beginners?

And how much investment will be required for me to make my first $?

I would start reading some journey guides from here and also some other free information on paid ads. Facebook ads can work with cpa but you will need to cloak/ hide the link. you will also run into your account getting banned. The other issue with Facebook ads is they can be expensive. Pick a niche you know and when making an add think what would make you actually want to click/buy/sign up to the offer you are promoting
 
Facebook ads can be a good choice, you can start with a small budget and scale up as you see positive results
 
CPA offer if run on FB would require you cloaking. So, be sure to consider that cloaker cost.
 
If I write a blog post on a CPA offer like "Insurance" and post that on my Insurance related blog, then promote this post with Facebook ads.

Will it work ?

Facebook is a high quality traffic source with a lot of data on previous actions of it's users so it is a good option to optimize for and get sales/leads.
Once your pixel is optimized you will get a lot of results, which takes some time, tests and money.
I would suggest starting with a $1-2k investment and not go all in with your budget but instead start small with 10-15$ daily budget on campaigns and test different things to find the best performing approach then you can scale with higher budget .

This is the right approach you would take with CPA offers, either a bridge page to your offer or cloaking.
 
You can start with FB ads but make sure a stable budget available, and need some testing before dropping too much money

I personally know 2 super affiliates who crushed it on fb ads and cpa but both of them stopped doing it. You should think outside of the box, have huge budget, great private offer, proper mindset and some luck.

If you are a person working on the Fb ads platform, I think you should build something for the surface of the item and then spend about 1-2k $ to spend on advertising. But you don't necessarily need to use up 1 day, but need to split the budget eg 10-20$/day. Then you will know if it works or not. And can increase further to achieve the level of profit you are looking for. Those are the knowledge that I have done and shared from my own perspective.
