Cpa europe

Hello fellow members.

I am totaly now in this world, i read a lot on this forum and others. Most of the people here i assume are from the Us. I was wondering... Now i have desided my method of internet marketing will be CPA, i wonder if this actuely also works in europe. Last time i tryed to add some cpa's witch i wanted work, but they denied me because i was from europe... any tips or hints are welcome.
