CPA Email/Zip Submit, No Phone Verification, Paypal Payment

Hi,

I'm looking for CPA Networks with the following criteria:

- Has a bunch of email and/or zip submits (no long surveys / CC info required)
- No phone verification call
- Paypal payment

I'm currently with Lead and my visitors got really mad with
the widget that pushes them 100's of surveys like crazy...

Signed up fine with AdscendMedia and PeerFly.
Unfortunately, PeerFly doesn't allow incentivized traffic.

Does DedicatedVision and StrongerAds allow incentivized traffic?

Any other network with Incentivized+Zip/Email Submit+No Phone Call+Paypal ?

StrongerAds has currently 3 incentivized offers running. 2 of them are simple email submits from US. Hoping to see you there and earning !

adscend has alot of zip/email submit offers....i am not sure the strongerads though..

scratch revenueads off, there are no email/zip submits with incentivised traffic allowed.
