CPA Email submits

Hey everybody here at bh, I am a noob to BH and the internet marketing scene but I know computers because im currently studying to get my bachlors degree in computer science. I just want to know the basics of CPA email submits like how do I start my site I regestered with Neverblue? but I dont understand if I should sign for an affiliate or advertizer and after all that is done how do I edit/create my site I know how to use HTML so thats no prob I just need to know how to edit site to make email submits/zip submits and get paid for it can someone help me go through this info please?? help appreciated thanks guys

First of all, you should probably sign up for a network instead of an advertiser at first. The case where an advertiser would be a good idea would be if: you wanted to increase your ROI after testing with a network offer, or if no offer exists on network sites.

Second, I'm not sure what you mean by "edit my site". All you do is grab an affiliate link for X offer and drop it in your html.

Oh alrite this is becoming a little bit clearer. Will my affiliate link have a email/zip page and also I have this theory im not sure if it will work or not but I was thinking. Start off making an ad on CL about something electronic but not expensive i.e. Ipod, PS3, xb 360, etc. for around 20-150$ and then give them my email anonymous from CL and when they reply send an auto msg that says sure but I am on the road right now whats your zip code so I can type in my GPS and see how far it is so I can meet you around your area. I already have their email and therfore I will get their zip only prob is will this method work with a little tuning up?
