CPA Email submit

Has anybody actually had success with email submits? From my testing i have found that it is absolute shit. Been doing some split testing of ads from peerfly and maxbounty and found the same results with both.....nothing. I even tested it on my own email addy through a vps ip and got jack shit.

Had over 1000 unique visits to the offer after they first went through a "pre-offer landing page", so i know that they were at least halfway interested. Not a single penny of commission yet the offers state that they convert on the first page submit.

Email submits are the worst cpa offers. These get shaved by advertisers the most. There are plenty of articles and case studies about that.
