Hi,
I am kinda lost when it comes to CPA. I have an idea to content lock a page on my music website, but (1) I don't know how to lock that (I can solve this problem myself) BUT (2) I don't know how to put in offers and where to find these offers. I want to have people input an email and name in exchange for an unlock. Are there places that have CPA offers for email submissions?

Almost any CPA network nowadays has email submit offers. The problem is that they don't convert with just the email submission.

Make sure the CPA network your applying to has incentive offers. Do not promote non-incent offers on a gateway or you will get your account closed.
A good Incent network I know is BlamADS and they accept even copyrighted material, their offers payout are really great as well.

You can use non-incent offers as well, just make sure to fake the referrer. There is a nice thread on here on how to do that, don't know the link offhand but you can probably find it through search.

I've signed up for Peerfly, says there are 500 applications ahead of mine so it should be a few days haha! To clarify, my music site is 100% legal so I will be using music that I technically am allowed to provide downloads to.

i think u should go to peerfly dude.... its the better way to keep ur music site safe and if ur site is 100% legal then they will approve ur music site immediately......
