    Hi All,

I'm the senior partner of a mid-size company in Toronto. We have been using mass/bulk emailing to make sales for a new service we offer. We get emails from scraping business directories. And we use multiple VPS's to get our services out there.

Running these email campaigns take a lot of energy and talent to scrape well and change IPs', domains etc... more work than we have internal people to handle. And very frankly this isn't our expertise. We want to focus on our core business.

We discovered that only email campaigns convert for us. Google search and banner ads don't seem to work for our service.

We want to bring on a email CPA campaign to expand our reach. We can offer $60-$80 per CPA..is that fair these days?

Also, we contacted CJ, but they want $3500 to start with them.. is it worth it? Or are there better cheaper networks to join?

Out of 20,000 B2B spams, we get about 10 ppl interested in the product and 4-5 ppl convert. Is that decent on a B2B service?

    Any info is much appreciated.

Thanks - sorta new to the CPA structure.

You need to restructure your campaign because that is a dismal conversion rate. I would focus your energies on testing different traffic and optimizing your campaigns to see what converts best and then ramp that up. Also you can contact list brokers who have targeted leads and then mailing to them instead of scraping and blasting. just my $.02

I thought 4-5 conversions on 20,000 scraped emails was a good conversion ratio?
