Hey everyone, can someone tell me do all E-mail submit CPA offers need to activate on email when someone submits or can they just write email and one conversion to be done, without activating the activation link on their email ?

Depends if it's single opt in (SOI) or double opt in (DOI), from a basic standpoint. But from a reality view, if your submits aren't going to result in users clicking an activation link in the email or doing anything after the submit, the advertiser will kick you off.
