Well I really need a final judgement on this case because some people have been scammed and I've read about other people being paid. So still gotta make sure...
EDIT: But yeah, probably should stay away from this one..

Wow i am quite suprised at this actually as i was going to signup for this network as my first intro to the CPA world. I hope you all get your money back and in the future associate nothing CPA with Wnr just to be sure

Do you really think he would use the same ip to sign up for a new account here? Likely not...I'm with UltimateSEO here...he is a kid that is running. I am in the network and have gotten the same kind of comments and attitude. I should've gone with my gut on this...I'm probably not gonna get my 400 owed. This thread and the entire experience has made me think twice about BH networks in general. Time to learn more and put WH into the mix.

I'm neutral at this point but there are some stating that they got paid from this network.

I was paid on Feb 3rd for a mere $215 bucks...infact I gave him a positive review. The guy is a good guy who got way in over his head with BH traffic that he openly welcomed and encouraged. I wasn't paid for the following week...
I've been told he will find out TOMORROW about payment on a certain offer that many people here promote. Stay tuned & stay friendly with him....give him a chance to pay within 3 days :detective

Definitely willing to give him a chance.. no harm in that. If he had gotten in over his head with the BH traffic, I can see it happening, and if he can figure out a way to rectify the problem, then he can save his business, and his reputation.

uhh, -200 rep...I think his fate is sealed honestly. Personally, I think he is a nice guy, and I enjoyed talking with him, but business is business. That's all.

It's just common sense. This is outright scam. If he would be legit, he would come forward and say "Hey, this and this advertiser is not paying. I am sorry, i can't pay you for those offers but i promise i will make it up to you" and then he would pay whatever is left. People would understand that. But that's not the case because as far as i saw no one is getting paid. Now don't tell me that all advertisers cut off the payment all of a sudden.
I suggest from mods to downgrade his jvip status at least, till this issue is resolved. He is neg repping people left and right. He got away with the money already, but you can save innocent and honest members reputation at least.

So getting into a little talk with those big networks and asking for or informing about his interesting details can / may help further, IMO. Looks the run is getting fairly bad for him now...

I knew he was the one when he gave it to me. But I posted as if I didn't knew his identity just to get him on the fear-hook. I 'talked' with a dear mod just later who was able to see the name, but he (the good Mod) of course didn't gave that fellow's name to me, or didn't disclosed the neg reper's name whoever (s)he was. Then probably for the same reason included with additional major reasons, that fellow's rep got royally raped... ... in a single stroke! all his exploits with the system got exposed... Ha, and he must have thought that he was given an invisible shield where the Neg Rep was concerened and to do whatever fearlessly!!! Poor guy, he is no better than, not even an equal to, a "5th Grader"
