I want to start a blackhat downloads and cracked search engine for blackhat tools (will NOT be hosted on my domain obviously for legal reasons), and lock the link with a content locker tool.
I was curious, since CPA Lead is out of the picture now since they say in their TOS they do NOT allow piracy promotion, what CPA site would be good for locking content?
My site will be similar to blackhatbuzz (on google), but my own site. Does anyone know what content locker tool they use?
