Any CPA/PPD sites that don't enforce/ban accounts for copyrighted information/content/products monetization? For instance, they say, "we do" in TOS but they don't really. You know what I mean.

go for CPAgrip, i mean... they have FAKE virus scan and fake comments on their download pages xD that tells something
